Cute house: Do this to it!

I’m back with another home redo!  This Listing has been off and on the market for a little while.  I’m sure the home inspection might uncover some things BUT the price is great for somebody looking to remodel!  I showed it a few weeks ago and have to say that it had a pretty great floor plan too.

Here’s what I would do if I were to get my hands on it.

It has such great curb appeal.  Modernize the exterior colors a bit.  A soft grey, warm blue, or a dark indigo would be beautiful.

I’d take a cue from Emily Henderson’s home and do a beautiful cement tile on the patio.

I love this part of the exterior.  It would be cool to find a way to make an upper patio on the roof.

I really love the climbing plants.  If they were cleaned up a bit, they’d be beautiful!

This kitchen has a lot of potential.  It’s pretty big so you could take out the peninsula and put in a nice island.

I love the idea of cabinets painted in the same color as the homes exterior.  And statement lighting over the island is a must.

The built ins in the dining are adorable.  I’d do a new modern wallpaper in here.  Along with some more statement lighting.

I would add in a bit more modern furniture like the this.  I love the idea of mixing in modern pieces in a traditional home.

I’d keep the living room light and bright with more modern furnishings.  Crisp white paint and hopefully there are hardwood floors under those carpets.  Lean a beautiful brass mirror (like this one) against the wall over the mantel.

This home has 3.5 bathrooms. That’s a lot of toilets to clean but it would so fun to pick out all the finishes.

At least one of these bathrooms needs a cool penny tile patterned floor.

Or this would be adorable in a girls bathroom.

This bathroom is just calling for a beautiful black or navy bottomed claw foot tub floating below that window.

How fun would it be to bring in more penny tile.  Spell out your house number like this…

I love the molding in the staircase.  I’d paint it all out in white.

Add some bold art work going up the stairs.

Or add some beautiful wallpaper to the upper portion.

Love the window seat.  And the detail on that window is neat.

It doesn’t need much.  But it would be so fun to style out.

There is a master bedroom on the main level and three bedrooms upstairs.  Your kids could have their own space.

Is this not the cutest boys room you’ve ever seen.  That wallpapered ceiling is everything!
