Hello there! I saw this super nice home pop back on the market today and just wish I had a buyer for it. This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home features 2 fireplaces, formal dining and a breakfast nook, main level laundry and so much more. It is in a desirable neighborhood and appears to be a very clean home with a lot of great updates. It won’t last long, so don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested in taking a look.
And while I may have mentioned this home has been updated, that doesn’t necessarily mean that I couldn’t have some fun and come up with a few ideas of how you could further improve upon it’s potential. Let’s have a look, shall we!

I love this style of siding and it appears to have some nice windows- maybe frame them out in black so they pop against the siding color. A wooden garage door would do wonders for the curb appeal.
Add a few sleek sconces while you’re at it.
It has a lovely brick fireplace.

Wouldn’t the brick look great with a little white wash or grout treatment, built in shelves on either side and a wooden mantel.

I love the big windows in the dining room.

Brighten it up a bit with some white curtains and lighter furniture.
This kitchen is equipped with some really nice Viking appliances and a skylight to bring in some natural light.

If you redo the kitchen, keep it light and bright too.

How fabulous would it be if you could squeeze a free standing tub in that nook. And while you’re at it, add a steel framed shower. Cuz you know, it makes perfect sense to rip out a newly updated bathroom– remember we are dreaming here, people! 😉

I’m super jealous of this closet. It’s very large and appears to be laid out pretty well.

How cool would it be to paint it a gorgeous color, add some wallpaper to the ceiling and take it from good to great!

This room looks like the perfect size for a home office, kids room or nusery.

This laundry room is great. Love the upper cabinets.

But, if you’re looking for an upgrade– add a counter, switch out the knobs, add some wallpaper..

I love a dark and moody family room!

This bedroom is spacious! It has room for a sitting area which sounds so lovely for a guest suite.

Add some curtains and flank 2 chaise lounges in front of the second window. Cozy!

There are no photos of the back yard. WHY?! But I’m guessing its a flat grassy yard– why not add a little something like this.
So what do you think? What would you do differently? And more importantly, do you want to make this your new home? Don’t hesitate to call me for a showing because it probably won’t be around for long.
