Cute House: Do this to it!

This home has nice curb appeal, a double lot, cove ceilings and large rooms.  Best of all, it’s priced well. It’s a good one and probably won’t last long…   So, uh, let’s go take a look!

The house is totally fine as it is.  It’s pretty much all been updated, just not really my style.  If you lean more modern, like I do, here is a little inspiration.

This kitchen is huge.  So much potential!

I would probably keep the built ins original. But, a quick way to update them would be to paint the lower half white, to match the walls, remove the glass and update the hardware.

 

This bathroom is totally fine as is.  You could do so much with some new mirrors and hardware.  But just for fun…

This shower is perfection.

Built in media storage and a big sectional would be perfect for the family room.

 

 

 

I’m all about the pergola!  Wouldn’t it be fun to add some swings.
