Check out this adorable Victorian home For Sale in Great Falls right now. I’ve always dreamed of owning a Victorian but I married a man who likes newer homes.. sigh.
Anyway, you can do much with them. I love how creative you can get with your finishes (funky wallpaper, unique tiles).
I am all for letting the architecture and surrounding plant life do the talking.
But I would for sure add a pop of color somewhere.
And it is perfectly acceptable to go full on Rainbow Bright!!
Black and white paint, a bold light fixture and a unique runner is all you need to update the entry.
Add a sculptural light fixture and hope there are hardwood floors under that carpet.
I would for sure add some wallpaper and a little molding to the dining room.
I really don’t think you can add TOO MUCH molding detail in a Victorian home.
