The Holiday Season is upon us. That means it’s time to get your front porch ready for Trick or Treaters, Thanksgiving guests and Santa Claus.
Start out by sweeping away the fallen leaves and left over summer cobwebs. Then touch up any chipping or peeling paint, replace burnt out light bulbs.

Then add a new door mat. I recommend layering over a larger rug to make a statement.

Add a wreath.

If space allows, add a comfy bench.

If your porch is still looking sad, update the numbers, light fixtures, hardware and paint your front door.

If you’re feeling inspired but don’t have a front porch of your own, give me a call and let’s go find you a new home! Don’t know where to start? You’re in luck! I scrolled through the entire MLS inventory and rounded up all the homes with the best front porches. Take a look and give me a call if you find a home you’d like to make your own.

You still have time to Close on your new home before the Holidays hit, so let’s get looking today!
