Cute house: Do this to it!

This is a good one. I actually looked at this home for my family. The location is amazzzzing! It is across the street from a park and has a view of the golf course. We ultimately decide it needed too much work. I won’t sugar coat it- this home needs a major renovation. BUT… it also has major potential!

The exterior is in pretty good shape. I mean, look at the nice lawn! Some new windows and wooden garage doors would really elevate the look. I would also paint the exterior a deep green or black. Think GreenBlack by Sherwin Williams.

There is a really nice stone flagstone patio out back (not pictured). And possibly room to add an outdoor fireplace.

My favorite part of the home is the wood ceilings throughout. It has an awesome view out those living room windows.

The kitchen is huge!

The bonus room off the kitchen has room for a sitting area and a large dining table.

The sunroom might be my favorite room. Your plants will thrive in here!

There is also an entire basement with all kinds of potential. If you buy the house, I’ll help you with ideas for that space as well!
