Today I’m talking about this adorable home..  It has space for days, hardwood floors, a lovely fireplace and a pretty awesome back yard with a deck for entertaining.

There are few things I’d do if I bought this house.. take a look-

Something about this home gives me major Holidays vibes.  I can just picture a little Kevin McCallister getting into all kinds of trouble in there.

Picture it with black shutters and wreaths hanging from all the windows.

Rip out the soffit and bring the cabinets up to the ceiling.  I think a tuxedo kitchen would fit perfectly in this home.

These stairs are fine.  But, in general I’m not a huge fan of carpeted stairs because I feel like it’s a space you can really go bold.  Why not try out a unique runner or tiled stair risers?

I really love all the angled ceilings on the second level.  There are so many opportunities to add book shelves or window seats.

I’d rip out the shower insert and replace with tile.

All opinions are my own. And of course, there is nothing wrong with this house as it is.. I just got inspired to show what I would do.
